This tactic was used in their failed attempt to pass anti-immigration laws in Arizona in defense of the business interests of the national rifle associatio n. Yet, they use the 'innocent' language of the Second Amendment to provide cover.One of the research paper topics on Citizens United and the NRA that many have overlooked is the fact that they both share the same goal of preventing gun control laws. This is the way they are funded, through advertising on television. The purpose of this funding is to convince people that guns should be legalized, not only for citizens but for everyone in society. If the number of firearms in a state is too low, then people in that state are not eligible to buy guns, or they can only buy a limited amount of them.These background checks are an unfair discrimination against the right to bear arms. This is an unenforceable clause, because no one really believes that they are able to pick out who is not eligible for the licenses. The same is true of gun shows, where the information can be given out by anyone who sells merchandise.Due to the fact that the Second Amendment and gun laws are the same, there are no grounds for the two groups to fight among them selves.
